Delivery Within the UK:

Standard and Free Delivery

As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service we offer several options for delivery within the UK:

For orders up to £25.00 we offer First Class delivery for £1.95.

For orders of £25.00 or more we offer FREE First Class delivery.

For orders of £60.00 or more we offer FREE Special Delivery.

If your order is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 1 working day. Using the Royal Mail First Class service, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days, and within 1 – 2 working days for Special Delivery.  However, please allow 7 working days before contacting us about non-delivery of an order.

Next Day Delivery

If your order is received by midday, Monday to Friday, and is in stock, we offer a same day dispatch service using Special Delivery by Royal Mail. In normal circumstances you should receive your order by 1.00pm the next working day (please note Saturday is not counted as a working day). The cost of this service is £5.95 no matter what size your order up to the value of £60.00. Orders of £60.00 or more are automatically sent via Special Delivery free of charge. Please note that a signature will be required by Royal Mail upon delivery.

Delivery to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands

The standard delivery charges apply as for  the UK, however, we are unable to offer a Next Day Delivery service.

Delivery Outside the UK:

At present we offer delivery to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and countries within the European Union. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and delivery charges are as follows:

What about Customs Charges?

For goods shipped from the UK to the European Union there are no customs charges. However, goods shipped from the UK to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any orders sent outside the European Union are required by law to declare the full value of the goods on the parcel. Tribal Mango is not in any way responsible for any charges, duties, levies or taxes due. Please refer to your country's relevant customs authority for more information.

Packaging

Our priority is to make sure that your order gets to you in good condition, however we are also concerned about the environmental impact of packaging. We reuse packaging as much as possible and almost all of our new packaging materials are recyclable and biodegradable including the bubble wrap and clear sticking tape. The only exception to this is occasionally we need to use wide brown packaging tape and so far have been unable to source a suitable biodegradable one.
