Our products are handmade using mainly natural materials and so are more unique and unusual than you will normally find on the High Street. Natural materials are usually more sustainable and bio-degradeable than man-made materials so are much better for you and the environment!
How do I place an order?
On any item page you simply click add to basket, the item will then be placed in your basket. In the basket you can adjust quantity, remove items and choose the postage option required. You can access your basket at any time by clicking 'Your Basket' at the top right hand of any page, or the basket icon at the very top of every page.
How do I pay for an order?
We offer the following payment options:
Barclaycard
Secure payments are processed on behalf of Tribal Mango by Barclaycard Business, most major credit and debit cards are accepted. The currency used for all Barclaycard Business payments is GBP (British sterling). Due to our commitment to customer online security if you use MasterCard or Visa your credit card security is enhanced through the use of MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. These companies provide a system whereby you are prompted to set up and use a secret code or password which helps to protect your card from unauthorised use. PayPal
Payments can also be made via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account this is a quick and easy way to pay, although you can also choose PayPal to process your payment without having an account with them.
Cheque
We offer the option of paying by cheque within the UK; in this case dispatch will be delayed to allow for receipt and clearance of the cheque. Once we receive an order we will reserve the item(s) in the order, subject to availability, for 4 days to allow for receipt of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Tribal Mango and sent to the address on your order confirmation.
For orders outside the UK: Please note that payments will be charged in GBP (British Pounds). Your credit card company or PayPal will apply their standard currency exchange rate at the time of payment.
How secure are my details?
Payments are processed securely on pages protected by a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) using industry standard encryption. If you check the address bar at the top of the web page the address will begin with https instead of http - the extra 's' being for 'secure'
Will my details be shared with anyone else?
The information you provide is only used for the purpose of processing your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
How soon will I receive my order?
We normally aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and you will be notified by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent using First Class mail as standard unless the Second Class or Next Day delivery options have been chosen. Under normal circumstances therefore you should receive your order within 2 - 3 working days using First Class. Second Class will take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you choose Next Day Delivery you will receive your order the next working day provided we have received your order by 1.00pm and is in stock - please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Orders outside the UK are sent using Airmail and you should receive your order between 7 and 21 working days.
How much does it cost for delivery?
Within the UK orders of £25.00 or more are free of charge and are sent First Class. Orders of £60.00 or more are sent via Next Day Delivery free of charge.
For orders below £25 there is a delivery charge of £2.75 for our standard First Class service and the Second Class option is charged at £2.25. You can also choose the Next Day Delivery option to have your order delivered on the next working day via Special Delivery; there is an extra charge of £6.40 for this service no matter what size your order. There are different charges for orders dispatched outside the UK. Please see our Delivery page for further details.
Can I cancel my order?
In the UK under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following receipt of the order. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel and have received the goods you are required to take reasonable care of the goods and return them at your own expense except in the event they are damaged or faulty when delivered to you or incorrectly supplied. You also have the right to cancel your order before the goods have been received or if they are lost in transit. You can cancel an order by notifying us in writing, by using our Contact Form or by completing our Returns Form which can be found on the Returns page. What is your returns policy?
In addition to your right to cancel as detailed above, we offer a 14 day returns policy. This means you can return an order or part of an order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. The returned item(s) should be unused and returned at your own expense except in the event they are damaged or faulty when delivered to you or incorrectly supplied. You may notify us in writing or by completing our Returns Form which can be found on the Returns page. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Do you have an environmental policy?
We believe that we should try to minimise our environmental impact where possible and so operate according to these principles:
We seek to offer products that are made from sustainable resources and natural or recycled materials.
We reuse all the packaging materials that we can such as cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and polystyrene chippings etc. All the new packaging we use is recyclable and biodegradable including the bubble wrap and clear packaging tape. The only exception to this is occasionally we need to use wide brown packaging tape and so far have been unable to source a suitable biodegradable one.
The gift boxes we use for jewellery are made from recycled card.
All of our products are sourced from ethical or fair trade suppliers. We believe this benefits the environment as it encourages small-scale sustainable production, also, very often the materials used in production are sourced locally.
Our business is powered by 100% renewable electricity.
