Delivery DetailsIn order to offer you the best service possible, we offer free standard delivery to the UK mainland. This means you do not need worry about additional costs no matter what size your order. How Long Does Standard Delivery Take?If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, however most orders are dispatched within 1 day. Using Royal Mail Second Class, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us about non-delivery of an order. There is no additional charge for standard delivery.Can I Choose To Have Delivery By First Class?We offer delivery by Royal Mail First Class for an additional charge of £2.50 no matter what size your order. In normal circumstances you should receive your order within 2-3 working days.Can I Choose To Have Next Day Delivery?If your order is received by 1.00pm and is in stock, we offer a same day dispatch service using Special Delivery by Royal Mail. In normal circumstances you should receive your order by 1.00pm the next working day. The cost of this service is an additional charge of £5.00 no matter what size your order. Please note that a signature would be required by Royal Mail upon delivery.Do You Deliver Outside the UK Mainland?At present we do not deliver outside the UK, although this may be subject to change in the future.PackagingOur priority is to make sure that your order gets to you in good condition, however we are also concerned about the environmental impact of packaging. Any cardboard and plastic we use is reusable and recyclable and some of the packaging we use, especially bubble wrap, has already been reused where possible. Jiffy type postage bags can be a problem in that although they are reusable they can be more difficult to recycle being a mixture of paper and plastic, therefore we are looking at replacing the use of these to Jiffy bags that are made of only recyclable and biodegradable material - please excuse the pun but we will keep you posted!
