Delivery

As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service we offer free First Class delivery on orders of £25.00 or more to the UK mainland.

If your order is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 1 working day. Using the Royal Mail First Class service, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days. However, please allow 7 working days before contacting us about non-delivery of an order.

What If My Order Is Less Than £25.00?

We make a small charge of £1.50 for orders less than £25.00. Delivery is made using the Royal Mail First Class service and orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

Can I Choose To Have Next Day Delivery?

If your order is received by midday, Monday to Friday, and is in stock, we offer a same day dispatch service using Special Delivery by Royal Mail. In normal circumstances you should receive your order by 1.00pm the next working day. The cost of this service is £5.00 no matter what size your order. Please note that a signature will be required by Royal Mail upon delivery.

Do You Deliver Outside the UK Mainland?

At present we do not normally deliver outside the UK, however, please e-mail us with what you would like to order and where you live as we may be able to accommodate you.  Please note we are unable to offer free delivery outside the UK.

Packaging

Our priority is to make sure that your order gets to you in good condition, however we are also concerned about the environmental impact of packaging. We reuse packaging as much as possible and almost all of our new packaging materials are recyclable and biodegradeable including the bubble wrap and clear sticking tape.The only exception to this is occasionally we need to use wide brown packaging tape and so far have been unable to source a suitable biodegradable one.
