How to Order
Adding Items to Your Basket
Every product page has an 'Add to Basket' button; click this to place that product in your basket. Click 'View Basket' situated at the top right hand of every page if you want to check what you have in your basket. You can adjust quantity, remove items and choose postage options at any time prior to checkout. When you have finished shopping and you wish to go checkout, the checkout page can be accessed via either the 'Add to Basket' or 'View Basket' buttons.
Checkout
Secure payments are processed on behalf of Tribal Mango by RBS WorldPay, most major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal. The currency used for all RBS Worldpay payments is GBP (British sterling). You can also opt to pay using PayPal directly without using RBS Worldpay. We also offer the option of paying by cheque; in this case dispatch will be delayed to allow for receipt and clearance of the cheque.
Security
Any details you enter on the checkout page are secure and cannot be read by a third party - if you check the bottom right corner of your screen you will see a padlock denoting this. When you are on the payment page the credit/debit card information is protected by a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with 128bit encryption which is the highest level of encryption currently available. Please note that since our range of items are handmade and many are made using natural materials, items may not always be exactly as shown in the images.
