Returns

We want you to be happy with your order so if you have a problem please let us know in the first instance and we will do our best to help.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following receipt of the order. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service we take this further and offer a 14 day returns policy. This means you can return an order,or part of an order, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. The returned item(s) should be unused and returned at your own expense except in the event they are damaged or faulty when delivered to you or incorrectly supplied. Should you wish to make a return the simplest way to notify us is to to complete the form below stating the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
